Our customer service policy and training arrangement

(1).We guarantee all our displays&Lightings, modules, parts for 30 months ( 2.5) full year , we will replace or remend our goods for free if there is something wrong with them.We guarantee that the equipment we provide are brand new, complete and unused. 

(2).In order to support the operation and maintenance of the contracted equipments, the technical materials we provided are complete, clear and correct.

2. LED displays&Lightings  Pre-sale service:

When the customers need to design schemes, please call us. Our design persons will provide professional technical schemes for free based on the detailed investigation and study on the construction site and product design. 

3. LED displays&Lights Installation and debugging:

(1.)Our company will send professionals to conduct site installation and debugging in strict accordance with the requirements of the schemes and the original manual. If there is any special situation, it is necessary to make changes of part installation scheme, we will coordinate with users. Our company will ensure the consistence of completion time and contracted time. If because of nature or other reason of users, the two parts will discuss and solve the problems.

(2).Debugging standard: take the predetermined standards of the manual of our company.

4. Technology Training.  

(1) We provide the technology training for free, which contains the operation training  and maintenance training in the factory. 

(2) We will send our engineers to your country by negotitation.

The purpose of the training is to give the system operator a full training course so that he can control the system skillfully and handle some basic malfunction or system failure in the operation.The training course is divided into two phases as follows:

(a) .Factory training with the follow course:
       Basic computer knowledge
       Basic LED knowledge
       LED hardware structure and working principle
       Screen programming and all the software demonstration
       System daily maintenance and safety regulations

(b). On-site training:
       The installation of system software
       The function of apparatus in system and the method of the right usage
       The inspection, adjustment and test of apparatus and the meaurement tools common use and instrumental usage
¡¡   The apparatus protection instructions
¡¡   The daily maintenance of display information
¡¡   Ordinary software & hardware malfunction disposal
¡¡   The maintenance of apparatus.

After sales service policy

1. LED displays&Lighting Maintenance:

A-Maintenance principles: response in time, solve problems as soon as possible and ensure the use.

B-Maintenance period: during the warranty period, we will repair the equipment units free of charge, if the deficiency caused by product problems. We take no responsibility if the failure caused by disobeying operation regulation of the clients or irrevocable exterior factors stipulated by our country. ; After Maintenance period, only charge the material costs fees free of manual work fees. we will also provide our customer with the service of software upgrading free of charge, We can give the quick response for unit repairing.

2. If the users find any problem that cannot be solved, please contact with Our company by phone and fax, we will response as soon as possible, and recover in 24 hours. In order to shorten the maintenance time, our company will deploy some spare parts such as power and chips etc.Under normal use and storage, our company will be responsible for the equipments. If there is any failure in product quality, Our company will maintain and change the components for free. In the Maintenance per
iod, if the equipment cannot work in a right way, users should hand in detailed written report to state the details of the problems.

3. Online technology support: we will provide online technology support for technical consultant, trouble shooting and repairing contact.

4. We will give you some replacement modules to replace, and then send the broken one back to us to repair.

5. Documents and Certification

(1) We provide the operation manual, software, test report and so on.

(2) We can also provide all kinds of certification such as CE, UL and so on.

6. CAD Drawing and Fixing

(1) We provide CAD drawing on how to fix up the display for free and some other expert suggestion

(2) We will send our engineers to your place if we are expected after our negotiation.

7. Additional service
We provide you the forwarding information, and some other information such as flight box, structure information for your reference for free.
